I am really pleased with this soap. I've tried many other acne products however nothing really made a difference for me. I have been using this soap for a month now and it has cleared my acne problem. By the way, I naturally have oily skin and this product does a great job on balancing my skin.

This product was ok. I did not notice much of a difference while using it.

I received the soap 3 days ago, and I can already see results. The smaller pimples I had are gone, while the bigger ones are significantly smaller. The thing I like the most about the soap is that it doesn't dry your skin (I had been using salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide products, and they cause my skin to become very dry and scaly). The only downside I can think of regarding the soap is that its scent isn't the most pleasant (reminds me a little of how play-doh smells), but this isn't an issue--the smell doesn't linger, and the effectiveness of the soap is, after all, the most important aspect!

About 10 to 15 minutes before you wash your hair apply a lot of aloe vera gel into your scalp and leave it on for 15 minutes and shampoo with a mild shampoo. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/

wash your hair once every TWO days, shampoo and condition- just don't condition the roots,. Use redken or some other shampoo used in a salon, 'cause why else would the salon use it if it wasn't good.
Find stuff for dandruff. try not to use the hair dryer or straightener too often. Always use heat protection if you do.

don't itch at it. Don't really mess with your hair at all.
(IF YOUR A GIRL) If you have to, pull it up in a loose pony and then wrap it around making a bun type thing. leave some hair down and you'll look really awesome and you wont touch your hair too much.
(IF YOUR A GUY) NO GEL! wash and condition still.
